“And so we remained till the red of the dawn began to fall through the snow gloom. I was desolate and afraid, and full of woe and terror. But when that beautiful sun began to climb the horizon life was to me again.” – Bram Stoker

Sun Sword “Dawn”
Michael was abandoned by his parents as a baby in the wilderness. Sir Caen Farstride found him while on an adventure and took him in to raise him as his own, as he had no other family to speak of. Michael was brought up in the church by his Paladin father and taught the ways of Lathander. He is 6’2’ with blue eyes and long blonde hair. He is a meticulous groomer and likes to keep things nice and neat. His armor is always polished and his sword is clean. When many of you first met Michael, he rode in on a white horse, his armor gleaming in the bright sun. He removed his helmet and his golden locks flowed in the wind. He is an impressive man to look upon. As he began to dismount, his foot caught in the saddle and he fell to the ground. A half-orc with a large backpack named Gabriel came running from behind him to help him up. This small scene has stuck in your mind and pretty much typifies Michael. He is easy to look at and smooth talking, but not very graceful. He is very apologetic, even to his enemies.
Since he grew up around the Crimson Dawn, he was unofficially their mascot until two years ago, when he turned 18. He then joined as an official member and has been working with them ever since.
Michael is very devoted, loyal and religious. Like his father, he is not afraid or ashamed to work hard with people, get dirty and actually live what he believes. He often helps his father with the paperwork and political side of the business.
You get the impression that Sir Caen loves him as a son, but seems somewhat disappointed that Michael did not turn out to be the holy warrior that Caen is.
